Are your products Vegan and Cruelty free?

Yes to both.

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days, unless noted otherwise. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-31 business days internationally. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do.

International Shipping:

Please note that we are NOT responsible for your countries VAT, custom charges, or taxes that you MAY be charged with during delivery.

Customs charges are the buyer's responsibility - it's an import tax by your country.

 

What if I do not want to pay for VAT/Custom duty charges?

Our customers are hardly ever charged, but if it is in your case, please re-send the package back to us (un-opened) and once we receive it,we will send you a full refund. (excludes shipping cost)

My order said delivered but yet, I haven't received anything?

Please make sure that your shipping address is CORRECT, especially if you live outside the USA. Once your package leaves our hands and checks in with USPS, it it no longer our responsibility, it's the post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen package. If you have this problem, please contact USPS.com or your local postal delivery to try to locate your package.

Also, please make sure you track your package and make sure someone is home to receive the package. We are NOT responsible for STOLEN packages.

This is why it's really important that you put in your FULL shipping address. Especially if you live outside of USA. Do NOT leave anything out. We try our best to help you but if your address is incorrect and we had already shipped out your order, there is really nothing we can do. You will have to contact the post office to change your address. 

I received my brushes, now what?

Please wash your brushes before you use. Since they are made out of synthetic hairs, they may be a bit too soft to pick up a product. By washes your brushes it will help the hairs loosen up making your brushes better to blend.

Why are your brushes have Synthetic hairs?

We are a cruelty free based business. Plus they are soft for your face and has an anti-bacterial coat.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final.

Why can you not accept returns?

Due to sanitary reasons on beauty products/tools, we just can not accept returns.If a product arrives damaged and/or missing, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of package and we will send you a replacement.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. Must be within 24hrs from the time you placed an order. Once we create a shipping label , you can not cancel.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? 

No, but by setting up an account, you have an easy access to your order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
